Step #1 Tension Release

When you lay down, the first thing to do is to raise your eyebrows up as high as you possibly can and hold them for five seconds. Then, exhale and let your eyebrows relax.

Step #2 Eye Release

Next, squint your eyes as hard as you possibly can for five seconds, then exhale for five seconds, allowing your eyes to relax again.

Step #3 Mouth

Next, work your way down to your mouth. Smile as big as you possibly can and hold that for five seconds. Then, relax and exhale in five seconds.

Step #4 Shoulders

Now, pull your shoulders up as hard as you possibly can, then let them sink down, relax, and exhale for five seconds.
