Scrambled eggs are one of the most delicious breakfast foods, but they can also be one of the worst tasting foods if they are not made correctly. When I found this awesome video tutorial by Amy Learns To Cook, on YouTube, I really got excited because I love scrambled eggs. In this awesome video, I learned that there are just a few very important steps to take to ensure that your eggs turn out fluffy and delicious. When scrambled eggs are cooked till just done they will taste fresh and delicious, when you overcook the egg, even for a few minutes, the eggs will start to smell bad taste stale, and become really tough in texture.

Materials And Ingredients To Make Fluffy Scrambled Eggs:

  • A non-stick pan (you can use cast iron if you have it seasoned flawlessly)
  • Eggs
  • A whisk or fork to mix the eggs
  • Butter
  • A spatula

Directions:

In this awesome video tutorial by Amy Learns To Cook, on YouTube, you will learn how to make fluffy scrambled eggs in a few easy steps. You will begin by whipping your eggs until they don’t have any more clear parts. Then you will melt some butter in the non-stick pan and add the butter, melted on low heat. Just as the butter begins to sizzle, you will add the eggs and let them sit and cook for a few minutes. As the egg begins to cook, you will move the cooked egg edges to the middle and the liquid will move to the outside. Do not stir the eggs, I repeat, do not stir your eggs.
