This recipe from Joshua Weissman is the cheesiest homemade Texas queso I have ever tried! It was an instant hit when I made it for our movie night–everybody loved it. They said it was so cheesy, creamy, and had the right amount of spiciness. If you love spicy food, you can add more jalapenos, but the 2 pieces we used were perfect for us.
