Note: use a big cold metal bowl
In a large cold metal bowl, add 2 cups of heavy whipping and whisk with a handheld mixer or stand mixer until stiff peaks.
Add 1 can of condensed milk and gently fold in using a spatula.
Divide the mixture into 4 different bowls. Sprinkle one Kool Aid packet per bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
Transfer each mixture into individual freezer-safe containers or in a big container and partition them. Get a sheet of cling wrap and push all the way down to the surface of the ice cream inside the container. Do this in each of the containers. This will prevent freezer burn. Place the lids and seal.
Place the ice cream mixture in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight.
Remove the cling wraps. Scoop, serve, and enjoy!
