Ingredients:

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 7 3/4 tablespoons of whole milk powder
  • 3 1/4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of condensed milk
  • 1.4 oz of white chocolate
  • 1.5 cups of whipping cream

Instructions:

Step 1:

In a bowl, add 2 egg yolks, 1 cup of milk, 7 3/4 tablespoons of whole milk powder, and 3 1/4 tablespoons of sugar. Mix everything using a whisk or an immersion blender.

Step 2:

Transfer the mixture to a pot and cook over low heat while continuously mixing until it has a slightly thick and smooth consistency. Once done, strain the mixture into a bowl.

Step 3:

Add 1.4 oz of white chocolate into the mixture while it’s hot. Mix until melted and well incorporated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Refrigerate for about 3 hours.

Step 4:

Pour the whipping cream into a bowl and whisk until stiff peaks.

Step 5:

After 3 hours, remove the mixture from the refrigerator and add the whipped cream. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Step 6:

Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and fill each ice cream mold with the mixture, then insert wooden sticks at the bottom. Thump the mold to fill the voids. Cover with the lid and place in the freezer. Freeze the ice cream for about 10 hours. Remove from the mold then serve. Enjoy!
