Easy Butterbeer Ingredients

  • 4 cups of cream soda
  • 2 teaspoons of butterscotch syrup

For the topping:

  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of butterscotch syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter

How to Make Butterbeer At Home

Step 1:

In a large measuring cup, add 4 cups of cream soda and 2 teaspoons of butterscotch syrup.

Step 2:

In a large chilled bowl, add 1 cup of heavy cream and whisk until stiff peaks using a hand mixer.

Step 3:

Add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of butterscotch syrup, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter to the whipped cream. Continue to whisk until well combined, then set it aside.

Step 4:

Fill your glass with cream soda, leaving room for the whipped cream.

Step 5:
