  • 120 ml. lukewarm milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 2 1/8 cups of bread flour
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar (pure cane sugar is so awesome)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1/8 cup of unsalted butter
  • Sesame seeds to sprinkle on top
