It’s a hearty and filling recipe that will surely set your day. I’m sure your family will also love these, and they may even request you to make more for them to bring to their school or work. It’s one of my favorite breakfast recipes, and I’m so thankful to Cooking Con Claudia for this fantastic recipe. Watch the video below to learn the step by step instructions.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease your baking sheet with non-stick cooking oil. Next, cook your bite-size bacon pieces until golden brown, then add the chopped potatoes. Season with ground black pepper and cook for five minutes, stirring frequently. After five minutes, drain all the excess oil, then add the chopped sausage. Cook for a couple of minutes, then add ten beaten eggs. Cook and bring it all together. (You can add veggies like bell peppers or onions if you like.) Once the eggs are fully cooked, remove them from the heat and set aside to cool down.

Now, grab one Pillsbury biscuit dough and roll it out five times with a rolling pin. After this, stretch the ends a bit, then start assembling the breakfast bombs. Add some grated cheese at the center of the dough followed by 3 tbsp of egg mixture. Next, grab the sides and put them together to close it. Pinch it to secure it. Place it on the greased baking tray. Repeat these steps to make more breakfast bombs. Once done, brush each top with eggwash and sprinkle some salt seasoning. Bake them at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes, then serve immediately while it’s hot.
