Easy Pancake Muffin Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of oat flour or ground oats
- 1 cup of whole wheat flour
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups of buttermilk
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

How to Make Pancake Muffins
Step 1:
In a large mixing bowl, sift oat flour and whole wheat flour, then add baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk to combine.
Step 2:
Get a separate bowl, then add the eggs, buttermilk, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk to combine.
Step 3:
