Ingredients:

  • 7 oz of sweet corn
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 green capsicum
  • 1 green chili
  • 2 tablespoons of coriander
  • 1/2 black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 lemon juice (or lime)
  • 2 tablespoons of salad oil

Instructions:

Step 1:

In a pan, add some water and 7 oz of sweet corn. Let it boil and cook. Once cooked, strain and remove from pot. Place in a bowl.

Dice the cucumber, tomato, large onion, and 1/2 green capsicum into small pieces. It is best to cut them in uniform sizes. Once done, place them in the bowl with the cooked corn. Slice the green chili and coriander. Mix with the other ingredients—season with 1/2 black pepper powder, salt, and 1 lemon juice. Then pour 2 tablespoons of salad oil. Toss all of the ingredients to season well.
