Gutter Whitening Using Dollar Store Chemical

It’s been quite a while since I last cleaned the gutter of our house and it’s starting to get really dirty. Since I have some free time on my schedule, I decided that it’s about time that I clean it. At first, I was mentally preparing myself for that task because I know it will be pretty hard to clean. But just in time, I saw this cleaning hack by Zay Wonder on YouTube and I was so glad to learn that there is an easy trick to restoring the house gutter into its former white color using only a chemical that can be bought in the nearest Dollar store or even at Walmart! You should try using this too and share with us the results.
Materials:
- (128 ounces) LA’s totally awesome all-purpose concentrated cleaner
- Pressure washer
- Long-handled cleaning sponge
Directions:
Step 1
First, apply the solution into your gutter using just enough strength or using a setting that is not that strong, this way the solution will be applied and will appear foamy. Let it sit for a few minutes to give the solution some time to process and activate. Just a few seconds in, you’ll already see that the solution is removing the dirt.

Step 2
Grab your cleaning sponge attached to a long handle, then start scrubbing the area with the solution to make sure that all dirt and stuck buildup is removed. After scrubbing it well, grab your pressure washer machine and start rinsing the area making sure to take your time in each slide so that you clean every corner of the gutter.
