Start by prepping and cutting your veggies accordingly. Thinly slice one bell pepper as well as one medium yellow onion. Then, add a little bit of olive oil to a pan over low heat, and saute the chopped onion and bell pepper. Once softened, season with taco seasoning to taste, then crank up the heat to give the veggies a little bit of char on the edges. Set them aside. Next, brown up your ground beef and add 3 tbsp of taco seasoning. After the ground beef browns, drain the excess liquid, then set aside.

While everything cooks, you can now prep the toppings of your choice and slice or chop them as you like. Next, assemble the bowl.
