Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 lb sausage, chopped
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp creole seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 small onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cans (15 oz) of green beans

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Next, chop the sausages into even pieces, and fry them in a large skillet with 3 tbsp of oil until they get a little bit brown. Set them aside. In the same skillet, add the halved baby potatoes, and season with 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 1 tsp creole seasoning, and 1/4 tsp smoked paprika. Next, add the chopped onions and the minced garlic. Mix well, then stir in two cans of green beans.

Step 2

Now, bring the sausage back into the pan and mix. Once done, cover the pan with aluminum foil, put it in the oven, and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
