This delicious cornbread dressing only requires a few ingredients and it’s super easy to make. Loaded with celery, onion, roasted chicken, Andouille sausage, sage, cornbread, and eggs, it’s sure to become a holiday favorite. This popular southern-baked dish is savory and delicious – you’ll definitely receive a lot of compliments when you serve this dish.

Start by preheating your oven to 400F and coating a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and an 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Place a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Once melted, sauté the celery and onions for about 5 to 6 minutes until tender. Stir in the sage and sauté for another minute.
Add the cornbread crumbles in a large bowl, followed by the shredded roasted chicken, sliced sausages, beaten eggs, chicken broth, freshly ground pepper, and the sautéed celery-onion-sage mixture. Mix all the ingredients.
Divide the cornbread mixture between the two prepared baking dishes.
Place inside the oven and bake at 400F for about 45 to 55 minutes or until golden brown.
