Just like this blueberry chill bars recipe by The Country Cook on YouTube! You can even prepare this in as fast as 20 minutes. Sounds good right? Step 1
First, crush about 24 pieces of vanilla wafers, then transfer them into a mixing bowl, and add 3 tablespoons of melted butter. Using a spoon, mix them together until incorporated and well combined. Transfer the wafer and butter crust mixture into an 8*8 baking dish, spread it out evenly, and lightly press. In a separate mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and about half a cup of powdered sugar.

Step 2
Beat them all together using a hand mixer until fluffy, then scoop out this cream mixture on top of the wafer crust, and spread it out in an even layer. Add a layer of blueberry pie filling on top of the cream making sure it’s nice and even. Cover it with a plastic wrap, then place it in the refrigerator, and freeze for about 2 hours or until it’s set. Slice it into squares, serve, and enjoy!
