Dough
Sugar mixture
Caramel sauce
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl or bowl of a stand mixer, add the warm milk, yeast, sugar, butter, eggs, and about 2½ cups of flour, then beat them together over low speed until incorporated into a dough, increase the speed to medium, and slowly add the remaining ½ cup of flour. Continue mixing them together until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl and it is slightly sticky and soft. Lightly grease a mixing bowl, then transfer the dough, cover, and let it rise for about 90 minutes or until it doubles in size. Preheat your oven to 350°F, then lightly grease a 9-inch bundt cake pan, and set it aside. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the cinnamon and sugar, then mix them together until uniform and well combined.

Step 2
Once the dough is ready, remove the cover, then pinch off about a tablespoon-sized piece from the dough, and roll it into a ball. Coat the dough ball in the cinnamon sugar mixture, then place it into the prepared bundt cake pan, and continue with the rest of the dough stacking them into layers. Place a saucepan on a stove over medium heat, then add ½ cup of butter, and let it melt before stirring in the brown sugar. Bring them to a boil for about 1 minute, then remove the pan from the heat, and stir in the nuts until incorporated and well combined. Pour the caramel sauce over the dough balls until completely coated, then put it in the preheated oven, and let it bake for about 30 to 35 minutes. Once done baking, remove the bread from the oven, then let it cool for about 10 minutes, and unmold it upside down on a large plate. Best served warm, enjoy!
