Wrap the chicken wire around the body of the mannequin. Make sure that the front already has its shape then tuck the ends together. Next, adjust the sides to get the full shape of the body. Just cut the wire, pull it tightly to get the shape then twist the ends of the wire using pliers to hold it in place. If you don’t have a mannequin, you can just use round objects to create the curves of the body.
Do the same process on the arms and the head. Once you have all the body parts, cut to take off from the mannequin.
Cut a strip of chicken wire, and attach it to the ends to close the openings. Next, assemble the head, arms, and body together. One arm should be straight and then the other one folded. Once you are done, tie a wire and attach it to your ceiling to make the next steps easier.
Cut long strips of chicken wire into triangles. Attach the triangles to the bottom of the torso to make the skirt of the ghost. Cut the ends and bend them to make curves.
For the hair, cut two thicknesses of wire into a bunch of little strands. Take a rectangular chicken wire and attach it to the head. Bend it to create curves for the hair then add the strands.
Spray paint the chicken wire with glow-in-the-dark spray paint in an open area.
Attach the lantern to the hand and hang it using a fishing line.
