Heat a pot of salted water, then add the spaghetti pasta. Cook until al dente. In the meantime, prepare the broccolini. Wash the broccolini well, cut each in half, then cut the stems into quarters lengthwise. Finely slice the garlic cloves and set them aside. Heat 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet, then add the chopped broccolini. Saute for a few minutes until slightly browned, then season with 1/2 tsp hot chili flakes, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, and a touch more of olive oil. Add the finely sliced garlic cloves, 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon, a pinch of salt, and ground black pepper.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and add a cup of pasta water. Toss until combined. Now, add 3 tbsp butter and continue to toss everything until the butter fully melts. After this, add some finely grated pecorino cheese and serve. Enjoy!
