Ingredients:

  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • balsamic glaze, for drizzling

Directions:

Step 1

Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and then cut them in half. Set them aside. Add 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large pan over medium heat. Once the butter melts, add the mushrooms and baste them in olive oil and butter. Cook the mushrooms until they turn brown, giving them a toss every three minutes.
