Sometimes, it’s just so hard to prepare decent food, especially on a busy weeknight. Luckily, I stumbled upon this foil pack recipe from DDINS Xperience while browsing Youtube. This recipe is such a lifesaver! With this, I can prepare decent dinners for my family, even if I’m busy. Watch the video below to learn the full recipe.

Ingredients:

  • steak
  • marble potatoes
  • 1/3 of a bell pepper
  • half of a white onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • herbs
  • butter
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic
  • extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

Step 1

Rinse your potatoes and set them aside. Next, chop your veggies into bite-size pieces as well as your steak. Transfer your chopped veggies and steak to a large mixing bowl and add some olive oil, black pepper, salt, minced garlic, dry herbs, and melted butter. Mix well to combine.

Step 2

Put your steak mixture inside your prepared foil pack and wrap it up tightly. Place it in a preheated oven at 375 degrees F and cook for 35 to 45 minutes.
