For the dough:
In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of milk, 1 egg, and 2 1/2 teaspoon of instant yeast. Whisk all ingredients well.
Add 3 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt into the mixture. Mix until dough forms, then cover the bowl for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, mix in 1/4 cup of softened butter. Sprinkle some flour on your work surface, then transfer the dough. Slap and fold it until the dough is smooth for around 8 minutes.
Place it in an oiled bowl and cover for an hour or until the size doubles.
Punch the gas out, then transfer to a lightly floured surface and roll out. Then fold and flatten it out. Cut them into inch cubes. Set aside.
In a bowl, beat 1 egg. Pour 2 tablespoons of milk and whisk. Next, add 1 cup of cooked bacon bits, 3 tablespoons of chives, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix all ingredients well.
Grease the pan and place some of the bacon mixtures at the bottom. Then add a few cubed doughs. Make several layers with the remaining dough and cheese. Cover for 40 minutes, then brush with melted butter.
Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 18-20 minutes.
Once done, brush with butter, then transfer to a plate. Enjoy!
