If you are over the age of 21, you have probably done a Jagermeister Shot, but did you know there is a variation of that shot idea that’s getting a lot of attention? The new shot craze is called The Flaming German and it consists of Jagermeister and Fireball with a flaming floater of 151 Bacardi Rum on top! Do you know how people do the shushy sugar rim for Lemon Drops and salt rims for Margaritas? Well, the rim of your shot glass that contains The Flaming German is Tabasco Sauce and red pepper flakes! You can even use the red pepper flakes you save from your last Dominos Pizza order. You start this amazing cocktail by, getting your glasses ready just rub the rim in Tabasco Sauce and roll it in the pepper flakes.

This is one really interesting drink, I told my Brother In Law, who is a big beer drinker, about it and he’s so crazy, he went to the liquor store right after I showed him the recipe and plopped all his liquors on the bar and insisted we were all going to try it. Well, I was kind of ambivalent about the whole thing and he reminded me, I am the one who suggested it, so I was kind of stuck. Oh well, I said, “It’s sink or swim in this world honey!”  bring it on! So after we blew out our 151 floaters and let our shot glasses cool a bit, we all said bottoms up! I wish I could finish this story, but I don’t remember anything after that. LOL!!!
