  • Cumin
  • Smoked paprika

This recipe is so easy and delicious, you can make this fresh salsa very quickly, and with very little effort. With every bite of this salsa, I cannot believe how the flavor is completely changed and enriched by adding this roasting step. I made this for my neighborhood meeting and everyone went crazy over it! I ended up sharing my recipe with everyone, and then the neighbors who weren’t there called all week long to find out how I made it.
