Ingredients:

  • 2 – 3 cans of green beans (French style)
  • 1 can of cream of jalapeno soup (or cream of mushroom soup)
  • 1 can of fried onions, divided
  • 5 – 6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • course ground black pepper, to taste
  • 3 small serrano peppers, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Next, grab your baking dish and start assembling the casserole recipe. Pour two cans of drained green beans followed by one can of cream of jalapeno soup mix. Mix them together and spread them evenly at the bottom. Next, add 1/2 cup milk, ground black pepper to taste, half a can of fried onions, and finely chopped serrano peppers. Give it a little mix, then add the chopped fried slices of bacon.

After this, add the shredded cheese on top and the remaining fried onions. Once done, place the casserole dish in the preheated 350 degrees F oven and bake for 25 minutes. After baking, let it rest a bit then serve. Enjoy!
