I just love Jenny Doan, she is such a wonderful quilter and teacher. I have made many quilts under Jenny’s expert instruction, and they have all turned out so cute. Jenny has a fantastic shop called the Missouri Star Quilt Company, and Jenny is like the original Kansas City star herself. I recently found this English garden quilt by Missouri Star Quilt Company, on YouTube, and I fell in love with it. Each block is 12-inches by 12-inches and the quilt measures 78-inches by 68-inches. The thing I really love most about this English garden quilt is the fact that it looks very technically impressive, but is actually very simple, which is a hallmark of all of Jenny’s quilts.

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
