Ingredients for White Chocolate and Coconut Candy:
- ¼ cup of whipping cream, 35%
- 7 ounces of white chocolate, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp of butter
- ½ tsp of vanilla extract, optional
- 1/3 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
- Zest from 1 orange, optional
- 20 hazelnuts, toasted or not
- 1/3 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes, for coating
How to Make White Chocolate and Coconut Candy:
Step 1
Place the chocolate in a bain marine over low heat, then heat it until melted, and stir continuously. Add the butter, then continue to stir until smooth and combined, and remove it from the heat.

Step 2
Add the vanilla extract and orange zest, then give them a good mix, add the coconut flakes, and keep stirring to combine. Let the mixture cool down, then cover it with plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator to chill for a couple of hours until firm.
Step 3
Using a teaspoon, scoop the mixture, then add a hazelnut at the center, and roll it into a ball. Make more balls, then roll each ball into the coconut flakes until coated, and serve them immediately, or let them chill in the fridge. Enjoy!
