Are you always having problems with your cloudy pool water? Then, you might want to check this quick and super easy tutorial from Life Less Ordinary on Youtube. It’s such a hassle to change your pool water frequently, and it consumes a lot of our precious time. So this quick way from Life Less Ordinary is a total lifesaver. And you only need just one solution for this! Watch the video tutorial below to learn.

Materials:

  • HTH dropout flocculant

Directions:

Step 1

Get four ounces of the dropout flocculant solution (this depends on how big your pool is, it’s eight ounces for a ten thousand gallon pool. In this case, the pool was five thousand gallons) and pour it straight into the pool. (Just pour it a little bit at a time.) Let it mix for two hours. After two hours, shut the pool off and let it sit overnight.

Step 2

The next morning, you can see the water is much clearer. Now, you can go ahead and start vacuuming the bottom. Just go about it real slow because the debris that had dropout due to the solution is so tiny, that it could cloud up your pool again. After a couple of hours of vacuuming, your pool is ready to go.
