  • Crochet yarn
  • Crochet hook
  • Scissors

How to Make a Waffle Crochet:

Step 1

Start with a chain with a multiple of 3 plus 2, then do a double crochet on the very first row, and go into the 3rd chain from the hook to do a double crochet. Continue it to the end of the row, then chain 2, and turn. Do a regular double crochet, then do a front post double crochet, and continue the same steps for the whole row.

Step 2

Now, chain 2 and turn, then alternate 2 rows back and forth with double crochet and front post double crochet. When you get to the end of the row, do a regular double crochet in the last stitch, then pull it nicely, and chain 2. Keep adding rows until you see the waffle start to take form.
