  • 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
  • 6 oz can of tuna
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 & 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp parsley

For the crumb topping:

  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley

Directions:

Step 1

For the crumb topping, in a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheddar cheese, parsley, and butter. Mix well and set aside. In a pan, melt some butter, then add the chopped onion, diced celery, salt, and pepper. Saute for a couple of minutes until the onion becomes translucent. After this, transfer them to a bowl and add the cooked egg noodles, tuna, thawed frozen peas, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, parsley, and milk. Mix until well incorporated.
