Ingredients:

Breakfast tortilla wrap:

  • 1 medium tortilla (8 inch/20 cm)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 – 2 bacon strips
  • 1 vine-ripened tomato
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • pickled jalapenos
  • salt and pepper

Dessert tortilla wrap:

  • 1 medium tortilla (8 inch/20 cm)
  • banana slices
  • strawberry slices
  • almond slices
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • butter (for pan-frying)

Lunch tortilla wrap:

  • 1 medium tortilla (8 inch/20 cm)
  • pepperoni slices
  • fresh basil leaves
  • olive slices
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil (for pan-frying)

Directions:

Step 1

For the breakfast tortilla wrap, first, cook the bacon strips until lightly brown over medium heat, then cut them into bite-size pieces. Cut the tomato into thin slices. Cut small pieces of avocado. Prepare some shredded cheddar cheese and pickled jalapenos also. Next, gently fold the tortilla into quarters to make a guideline. Cut into the middle, just stopping at the center. After this, add half an avocado to the bottom left quadrant, then mash it. Lightly season it with salt and pepper. Place bacon pieces on the top left quadrant, then lay tomato slices on the top right quadrant. Lightly season it with salt and pepper. Lastly, add the shredded cheddar cheese on the bottom right quadrant, then top with some pickled jalapenos. Take the cut edge of the tortilla and fold it over the top. Continue folding each quarter over the next clockwise. Cook the tortilla wrap until lightly browned on both sides in the pan where the bacon was cooked.

Step 2

For the dessert tortilla wrap, first, peel and cut half a banana into slices. Cut the strawberries into vertical slices. Prepare some almond slices also. Next, gently fold the tortilla into quarters to make a guideline. Cut into the middle, just stopping at the center. After this, spread Nutella generously on the bottom left quadrant. Place the strawberry slices on the top left quadrant, then lay the banana slices on the top right quadrant. Lastly, spread a thick layer of cream cheese on the bottom right quadrant, then sprinkle almond slices on top. Take the cut edge of the tortilla and fold it over the top. Continue folding each quarter over the next clockwise. Melt butter in a pan, then cook the tortilla until both sides are lightly browned.

Step 3

For the lunch tortilla wrap, cut the pepperoni into bite-size pieces. Prepare some shredded mozzarella cheese, olive slices, and fresh basil leaves. Next, gently fold the tortilla into quarters to make a guideline. Cut into the middle, just stopping at the center. After this, spread the pizza sauce evenly on the bottom left quadrant. Add olive slices and fresh basil leaves to the top left quadrant, then lay the pepperoni pieces on the top right quadrant. Lastly, pile on as much cheese as you can fit on the bottom right quadrant. Take the cut edge of the tortilla and fold it over the top. Continue folding each quarter over the next, adding pizza sauce on top, clockwise. Heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the tortilla until both sides are lightly browned.
