Ingredients:

  • 1 cellentani pasta, uncooked
  • 10 ounces of tuna in water, drained
  • 1 cup of grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup of baby dill pickles, diced
  • ½ cup of red onion, diced

Dressing

  • ¾ cup of mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup of sour cream
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1¼ tsp of celery salt
  • ¼ tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of sugar

Garnish (optional)

  • 1 tsp of fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, celery salt, black pepper, sugar, and freshly chopped dill, then whisk them all together until well combined and incorporated, and then set the dressing mix aside. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the package instructions, it would usually take about 10 to 11 minutes or just until al dente.

Step 2

Once the pasta is cooked, drain off all the water, then rinse it with cold water, and transfer the pasta to a large mixing bowl. Next, add the tuna, grape tomatoes, baby dill pickles, red onion, and prepared dressing mixture. Give them a good toss to combine, then cover the bowl, and put it inside the refrigerator to chill for about an hour, serve, and enjoy!
