What I love about this recipe is that this bread is super fluffy, cheesy, and yummy! What even makes it better is the fact that it does not have complicated steps, unlike other baking tutorials I’ve seen. This is something that I could eat for days and not get tired of it. All thanks to How Tasty on YouTube for sharing this fantastic bread recipe.
Dough
Filling
Step 1
To make the dough, start by mixing the flour and salt in a large bowl until well combined. Add in the sugar and yeast, then mix them together. If the yeast needs activating, do it in a separate bowl. Grab a separate medium-sized bowl, then use it to mix in the milk, egg, and melted butter until well combined. Make sure to add in the milk gradually, mix them well until the dough becomes slightly sticky. Knead the dough in the bowl until it pulls away from the edges and becomes soft. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place until at least double in size for about 1 to 2 hours. For the filling, simply combine the soft butter, Parmigiano cheese, black pepper, chopped coriander, and minced garlic clove in a bowl until creamy and well combined.

Step 2
Roll the dough into a silicone mat or a floured work surface until it becomes about 20*13 inches rectangle. Spread the prepared filling, then top it with chopped Mozzarella. Cut the rectangle into 5 long equal strips parallel to the short side. Stack 3 strips together, then the other 2 with each other, cut each stack into 4 equal squares. Line a 4.5*9 inches loaf pan with parchment paper, then place the square stack in it. Spread apart the top of every layer with your hands. Cover it with plastic wrap and a tea towel and let it rise at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Brush the top with beaten egg and bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C to 350°F for about 30 to 35 minutes. Let it cool down before serving.
