Seasonings
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F, then place a large skillet on a stove over medium-high heat, and heat it before adding the ground beef and sausage. Break them apart, then add the onions, and cook them for about 4 minutes.
Step 2
Add the peppers, then give them a good toss, and cook for 5 more minutes until the meat is nice and brown, drain off the excess grease. Reduce the heat to medium, then pour in the beef broth, and scrape the sides and bottom of the pan.
Step 3
Add the garlic, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes. Stir everything together until well combined, then cook them for 1 minute, and then pour in the marinara and pizza sauce.
Step 4
Allow it to simmer while partially covered, then while waiting, cook the pasta for about 1 minute or until al dente. Reduce the heat to low, then add the parmesan cheese, and give them a good stir to combine.
Step 5
Drain off the water of the pasta, then add them to the skillet, and stir them until evenly coated and combined. Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased 9×13-inch baking dish or keep it in the skillet if oven-safe, then sprinkle mozzarella on top followed by pepperoni, and cover it with a greased foil.
Step 6
Put it in the preheated oven, then let it bake for about 10 minutes, remove the foil, and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and more parmesan cheese, then serve, and enjoy!
