Chocolate Whipped Cream
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the sugar, half a cup of the heavy cream, and vanilla, then give them a good mix and beat with a handheld mixer until well combined. At this point, add the remaining half of the heavy cream to the bowl of chocolate chips making sure to heat it up before adding, then allow the chocolate chips to heat up and melt while finishing the peanut butter mix. Now, go back to the first mixture and add the peanut butter and butter, then continue to beat them together until smooth and combined.

Step 2
Add a layer of the peanut butter mixture over the premade crust spreading it evenly, then mix together the chocolate chips and hot cream until smooth and melted, and pour half of it over the peanut butter mixture layer. Add the remaining peanut butter mixture, then spread it evenly, and pour the remaining melted chocolate all over the top. Sprinkle some more chocolate chips all over the top or decorate it with chocolate whipped cream, then let it chill in the fridge before serving, and enjoy!
