Don’t know what to do with your leftover potatoes? Try these tasty potato balls that are crispy on the outside and so cheesy on the inside. Step 1
Peel and wash the potatoes well, then place them in a large pot filled with water, and bring them to a boil until fork tender. Then drain off the excess water and transfer them to a bowl, and mash them well. Season them with paprika powder, salt, black pepper powder, mozzarella cheese, and coriander leaves, and mix all of the ingredients until they are well combined.

Step 2
Grab a slice of cheese and cut them into smaller pieces, scoop up a portion of the potato mixture, then flatten it before placing cheese slices inside, and then close the potato mixture. Set them all aside on a plate. Beat an egg in a mixing bowl, then dip each potato mixture before dredging them in a bowl of bread crumbs. After coating each potato, place a pan on a stove, then pour some oil and heat it up. Once the oil is nice and hot, start deep-frying them over medium heat until crispy and golden brown.
