I think the best pastries to make are those that are quick and easy to prepare but still manage to taste mouthwatering, just like this recipe by Savor Easy on YouTube! If you think so too, then you might as well give these butter cookies a try, they literally melt in your mouth, and they taste divine. If you don’t believe me, then you should go ahead and see for yourself, prepare yourself to make these cookies more often because they are so addicting you’d love to always have a stock of them in your pantry!
Step 1
Put the butter in a large mixing bowl, then using a whisk, break the butter, and proceed to mix it around until smooth. Sift the powdered sugar over the butter, then whisk them together until smooth and fluffy, and then proceed to sift over the all-purpose flour in two batches making sure to mix well in between each addition until well combined. Once incorporated, transfer the batter to a piping bag with a 2D star tip.

Step 2
Next, start piping the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and shape them into a rosette pattern as shown in the video. Make sure to space them evenly about an inch or more apart, this recipe yields 27 to 30 cookies, so prepare another baking sheet. After piping out the cookie batter put them inside a preheated oven at 350°F or 180°C for about 12 to 15 minutes, then transfer them to a wire cooling rack, and let them cool down completely. Serve and enjoy!
