Ingredients:

  • 2 (16 ounce) cans of refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries, divided use
  • ½ (4 ounces) block cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • 2 tbsp of milk

For the topping

  • Melted butter
  • Sugar

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F, then spray a 9-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside. In a bowl, add the cream cheese, sugar, milk, and half of your blueberries, then blend them together using a hand mixer until nice and smooth. Roll out the biscuits until flattened, then spread some blueberry cream cheese mixture on top of the flattened biscuits, and add a few blueberries on top of each piece. Stack up into two equal stacks, then place them inside the prepared loaf pan, and sprinkle a few more blueberries on top before brushing it with butter.

Step 2

Put it in the preheated oven, then bake it at 350°F covered for about 40 to 45 minutes or until the top is golden and the bread is cooked through. If your top is cooked but your inside isn’t, cover tightly with foil again and bake for an additional 10 minutes, then once fully baked, brush it with melted butter, and sprinkle with some sugar.
