Easy Strawberry Dump Cake Recipe

Ingredients for Strawberry Dump Cake:

2 (21oz each) cans of strawberry pie filling
1 (8oz) block of cream cheese, softened
½ cup of powdered sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
¼ cup of sour cream
2/3 cup of white chocolate chips
1 box of vanilla cake mix
1 cup of butter, chilled

How to Make Strawberry Dump Cake:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F, then grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside.

Step 2

Add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream in a medium-sized bowl, then beat everything until smooth and creamy.

Step 3

Pour the strawberry filling into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, then drop large spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture, and lightly swirl them.

Step 4

Sprinkle the white chocolate chips evenly on top, then sprinkle the cake mix over them as well, and grate the butter over the cake mix layer.

Step 5

Place it in the preheated oven, then allow it to bake for about 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown at the top, and let it cool down for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
