I love eating mac and cheese for dinner on the side with a nice and crispy fried chicken as well as some fresh salad. This type of meal setup always leaves me with a full and happy tummy, and I find myself craving mac and cheese more often than usual! So, I had to learn how to prepare it on my own so that I can have it anytime I want, and this recipe by OnePotChefShow on YouTube has been one of my all-time favorite versions. I just love how simple, quick, and easy the preparations are, and I can have it ready in as fast as 20 minutes. Plus, this recipe calls for only 3 simple ingredients and I can also modify it so that I can add a topping of my choice. This recipe is truly amazing and you should try it out now.
Optional
Step 1
Place a deep and large pot on a stove over medium to high heat, then pour in the milk, and allow it to boil while stirring it around every 30 seconds. Make sure to stir consistently to prevent the milk from sticking at the bottom of the pot and burning, then once the milk is boiling, add the uncooked pasta.

Step 2
Stir them together and allow the macaroni to cook for about 10 minutes until cooked through, then turn off the heat, and remove the pot from the stove. Grate some cheese or grab a pre-grated cheese and add it to the macaroni, then stir them together until incorporated and melted. You can also season it with salt and pepper to taste if desired, then stir to combine and serve. Enjoy!
