Ingredients:

  • Medium or large jalapeno peppers
  • Green onions
  • Ground meat, any kind you want
  • Bacon strips
  • Cream cheese
  • Creole seasoning
  • BBQ sauce, your favorite kind

Directions:

Step 1

Remove the top and bottom ends of the peppers, then cut them in half, and gently remove the seeds using the handle of a spoon. Place the ground meat in a bowl, then get some, and shape it into a ball that is large enough to cover the peppers. Flatten the meatball lightly, then place a pepper in the center standing right up, and gently cover the whole pepper with the meat making sure to leave the top exposed. Continue to do the same steps with the rest of the peppers, then transfer the cream cheese to a Ziploc or piping bag, and fill each pepper with it.

Step 2

Wrap the bacon strip around each meat to hold them in place as shown in the video, and insert the green onion down the center of each one. Place them on the grill, then cook them for about 45 minutes or until nice and cooked through, and sprinkle them with some creole seasoning if you want. Brush them with your favorite BBQ sauce, then grill them for 5 or more minutes, and once done cooking, transfer them to a serving plate or tray. Serve and enjoy!
