Cookies are something that I can never get tired of, it’s just an amazing treat that can make me happy almost instantly, plus, it becomes even more amazing when paired with my favorite hot beverage. What I love about this recipe is how simple and easy it is to prepare, and how I can put anything I want and make the chocolate toppings as chunky as I prefer. Truly, this recipe by HidaMari Cooking on YouTube is super delicious you’d want more than just one serving.
Step 1
Chop the sweet chocolate into small pieces or however size you like, then melt the unsalted butter, and set it aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs well, then add the melted butter and sweetened condensed milk, and continue to mix them together until well combined. Add the sugar and salt, then continue to mix them together until incorporated, and then sift over the rice flour, baking powder, and cinnamon powder.

Step 2
Mix and fold them together until well combined and incorporated, then add the chopped chocolate, and mix them until well combined. Divide the cookie dough into portions of about 68 grams or approximately 2.5 ounces each, then place them on a baking sheet lined with a Silpat, and top them each with some chocolate and walnut. Place it in the preheated oven, then bake them at 180°C or 356°F for about 12 to 15 minutes, serve, and enjoy!
