Seasonings
Step 1
Mix all of the seasonings until uniform, then sprinkle ¼ of it into the flour, and give them a whisk until incorporated. Use the rest of the seasoning to coat the chicken, and dredge them in the flour mixture. Place the chicken on a separate plate, then place a pan on a stove over medium heat, and heat the olive oil.
Step 2
Put the seasoned chicken with their skin side down, then cook them in 2 batches, and fry them for about 3 to 4 minutes per side. In the same pan, add the minced onion, then saute, add the butter, and stir until melted. Add some of the flour mixture, then pour in the chicken broth, and give them a whisk to combine.
Step 3
Pour in the cream while whisking continuously, then add the crushed bouillon cube and red pepper flakes, and keep whisking to combine. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste, then put the chicken back into the pan, and coat them with the gravy. Allow it to bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for about 1 hour, then serve, and enjoy!
