There’s no better way to make smoked ribs than the classic Texan way, and if you don’t know how to make them, then this recipe by TheWolfePit on YouTube will show you how. It’s a very simple approach to cooking grilled ribs as opposed to those with lots of seasonings or glaze, but I assure you that preparing ribs this way is so much better and flavorful.

Just the salt and pepper are enough to make the taste of the meat come out naturally, and this is also very practical because the ingredients are very common to every household kitchen, and it’s very quick to prepare, too. So if you’re planning a cookout or a simple mealtime with your dinner and ribs is included in your menu, then try making them this way, you won’t regret it.
Step 1
Remove the skin off of the ribs and just pull it out, then discard the skin, and season the ribs with salt and pepper on both sides generously. Put it in the fridge to chill for a few minutes and let the flavor seep into the ribs, then while waiting, preheat your grill to 250°F.
Step 2
When ready, place the ribs inside the grill, then close the lid, and let the ribs smoke for about 5 to 6 hours or until tender. Check for its doneness after a couple of hours to see if the meat is tender, then once ready, remove it from the grill, and serve. Enjoy!
