Ingredients:

  • Ribs
  • Caribbean mustard
  • Country Boy sauce
  • Texas seasoning
  • Smoked rub
  • Brown sugar
  • Apple cider
  • Butter

Directions:

Step 1

Prepare the ribs and trim them off as shown in the video, then drizzle the mustard all over the ribs, and spread it out with your hands until evenly covered. Season it with Texas seasoning and give it a good rub, then sprinkle a generous amount of Smoked rub, and par it nicely.

Step 2

Flip the ribs over, then repeat the same steps on the other side as well, and allow them to sit until they have soaked in all of the seasoning and flavor. Once waiting for the ribs to marinate, prepare the grill and once done, place the seasoned ribs in the preheated grill at 250 to 275 degrees, and allow them to cook for at least 1 hour.

Step 3

After an hour, lower the temperature of your grill to 245 degrees, then spray the ribs with apple cider to moisten them and then turn them around to cook them evenly. Lay a sheet of aluminum foil on a flat surface, then spread some sugar, and add slices of butter.

Step 4

Place a grilled rib upside down, then add more butter and sugar on top, and then fold the foil over sealing it nicely as shown in the video. Put it back on the grill, then let it cook for about 3 more hours, then pour the Country Boy sauce all over them, and then allow them to grill for a few more minutes to let the sauce stick to the ribs. Cut, serve, and enjoy!
