Step 1
Place a skillet pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the olive oil and heat it before putting in the ground beef, and breaking it apart. Cook the ground beef until nice and brown, then add the chopped onion and garlic, and keep cooking until cooked through and fragrant.

Add the flour, then give them a good toss, pour in the beef broth and milk, and keep mixing until combined. Once it has thickened a bit, add the frozen mixed veggies and Worcestershire sauce, then season them with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste, and stir to combine.
Step 3
Cook until the sauce has thickened, then adjust the flavor if needed, and then top it with grated cheddar cheese. Place the tater tots all over the top until almost covered, then place the skillet in a preheated oven at 425°F, and allow it to bake for about 25 to 30 minutes. Garnish it with freshly chopped parsley, then serve, and enjoy!
