Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
  • 4 chorizo sausages, sliced into small bite-sized pieces
  • 1 large red onion, cut into large chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into large chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into large chunks

Directions:

Step 1

Place a large non-stick frying pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add some oil, and let it heat up. Slice the sausages into round bite-sized pieces, then add them to the pan, and let cook until nice and brown. While frying the sausages, chop the onions and bell peppers into small bite-sized pieces or in a similar size as the sausage slices, then set them aside, and go back to cooking the sausages.

Step 2

Give the sausages a good toss to cook them evenly on both sides, cook them for about 3 to 4 minutes or until brown on all sides, then remove the fried sausages from the pan, and set aside in a large bowl. In the same pan, add the chopped onions and bell peppers, then toss and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes or until browned on the edges. Put the cooked sausage slices back into the pan and cook for 1 more minute, then serve, and enjoy!
