Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1½ tbsp seasoning salt
  • 1½ tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Directions:

Step 1

Place a large pot on a stove over high heat, then fill it with water, and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the potatoes, then let them boil for about 25 minutes, and remove the potatoes immediately so that they don’t continue cooking. Drain off all the water, then set the potatoes aside, and let them cool off. While the potatoes are cooling off, start slicing the onions into thin pieces, then once the potatoes have cooled down, peel off their skin, and slice them into medium-sized round pieces or however you like.
