This dish never fails to amaze my family and even my friends whenever they come over. It’s a good recipe that you can make at the last minute, if you have leftover ground chicken, beef, or pork, then that works, too! Learn how to make this now and try it today.
Chicken Meatballs
French Onion Sauce
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the ground chicken, then season it with salt and pepper, and add in the chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, and cheese. Fold and mix everything until combined, then grab some of the mixture, and shape it into a ball.
Step 2
Place the meatballs on a well-oiled baking sheet, then keep making more meatballs, and space them apart evenly. Preheat your oven to 400°F, then place the meatballs in the oven, and allow them to bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.

step 3
While waiting, cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain off all the excess water, and set it aside. Prepare the French onion sauce, place a cast-iron skillet pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the butter, and allow it to melt.
Step 4
Add the onions, then saute them until caramelized, and season them with all-purpose seasoning. Add the minced garlic, then give them a good stir, and cook until fragrant. Add the fresh thyme leaves, then give them a good toss, and pour in the broth.
Step 5
Stir everything to combine, then put in the cooked meatballs, and baste them with the sauce. Add the cheese, then cook it until melted, add more parsley, and then put the cooked pasta. Give them a good mix, then add more cheese and parsley, and turn off the heat. Serve and enjoy!
