Chopped some green onions and fresh parsley. Next, in a pan, fry six to seven slices of bacon. After frying, set it aside. In a pot, add 3 cups of chicken broth and bring it to a boil. After it boils, add 1 cup of uncooked quick grits. Stir it continuously. Cover it with a lid and let it simmer, then add 3 tbsp of butter and 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper. Stir it. Next, add 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, and mix it well. Cover the pot and set it aside.

In the pan where the bacon was fried, add the 2 lb peeled and deveined jumbo shrimps and cook over medium-high heat. Season with 1 tbsp creole seasoning, then add 3 tsp of minced garlic, 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Mix them. When everything comes together, plate the grits, sprinkle with some chopped bacon on top, then add the shrimps. Garnish with some chopped green onion and parsley. Serve.
