Have guests coming over anytime soon? Serve them these easy pulled pork nachos by Tasty! This recipe is delicious and super easy to prepare. I always serve it at parties and gatherings at home as an appetizer. It’s always a crowd favorite and is great to stimulate everyone’s palette before the main dish. You can serve it with Pico de Gallo, guacamole, salsa, or peppers.

The best thing about this recipe is that you can customize it however you like. You can add olives, spring onions, pickled jalapeños, or whatever you prefer. The meat is so soft and tender and is loaded with flavors. Everything about this recipe is just perfect. It’s also great for movie nights at home, game days, casual gatherings, or just a snack in the afternoon.

In a 6-quart slow cooker, add the pork, onion, and seasonings. mix well until the meat is fully seasoned.
Spread the ketchup and mustard evenly over the outside of the meat.
Set the slow cooker to high setting and place the lid. Cook for about 4 hours until the meat pulls apart easily. You can also cook the meat on the low setting for about 8 hours.
Once done, remove from slow cooker and transfer the meat to a bowl or cutting board. Shred the meat into bite-size pieces using two forks.
Preheat your oven to 400F.
Assemble the nachos layer by layer in an oven-safe dish. Start with chips, then with pork, onion, barbecue sauce, and cheese. Repeat for additional layers.
Place inside the preheated oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
Dollop some sour cream and add on top. Then finish with salsa and cilantro.
